Founder, President Katelyn Montgomery is the founder of Worldgate, llc and is responsible for helping to define Worldgate’s vision, values, policies, and corporate strategy. In addition, Katelyn is responsible for all internal operations including Human Resources, Finance, and our Quality Management System. Katelyn brings 20 years of sales, marketing, and account management experience across both small and enterprise business in the IT, telecommunications, and non-profit sectors. In her executive leadership roles, she has been responsible for setting strategic direction and overseeing implementation of several large scale initiatives. Katelyn earned her MBA from the University of Maryland, College Park and is proud to be an alumnus of the University of New Hampshire.
She is passionate about Worldgate’s programs to give back to the community including our public school philanthropy programs. In addition, Katelyn serves as a member of the Philanthropy Leadership Council for the Inova Health System’s Department of Neurosciences. Comprised of corporate and community leaders, the Council is charged with providing strategic guidance to and raising awareness about the philanthropic needs of the Department. She is also kept on her toes by her three young children.
Managing PartnerScott Montgomery is responsible for overall delivery for Worldgate, llc. He leads Worldgate’s Consulting Services division which includes the management of delivery teams and strategic alignment with partners and clients.
Scott is proud to have nurtured and recently launched an Alliance partnership with Infor and the Infor Public Sector team. This partnership perfectly complements the focus Worldgate has on supporting our K-12 and Public Sector clients. In addition, Scott has been appointed Chairman of MainStreet Bank’s Regional Board where he offers his support to help MainStreet and their clients achieve their business aspirations and improve the welfare of their communities. He has over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology field. Scott graduated college with honors and currently holds a real estate license in Virginia. Scott is a hands-on father of three and actively participates in Olympic and Sprint triathlons. He recently finished his first Ironman 70.3.
